We realize how a staircase (or scale) is useful when there are anymore. I swear it's the truth !
In the old cement factory visited in this hot day, access to the first floor of each building have been systematically removed. Except for one of them. There is indeed a staircase, but so rusty that even a mosquito's fart could reduce in dust. The first part of this stair, ok. The second, a little less and the third... how to say... it's fun to see a staircase based on nothing. I hadn't the pleasure of seeing the fourth.

For the historic, the company started operating the site in the 19th century. During the inter-war period, new vertical kilns will emerge and activity in full swing. For cons, the Golden Sixties sounded the death knell of the company : a stronger competitor bought the family business and turned off it almost immediately.
Although abandoned for over fifty years, it still has beautiful remains, including all the machinery of the largest vertical furnaces.
It was almost unexpected.

After the chairs and armchairs (absent here for that matter), the boat may be the object the most often viewed in industrial wastelands.

The only stairs present on the ground floor.
Bad idea to climb !
