This is the kind of place I dream of living : along the water, away from people, in an old building from the 17th century and in a quiet area.
Alright, ok. There are a few small repairs to be done but nothing serious... Well, almost.
The interior can hardly be visited any more, as there have been so many collapses and the facades show worrying deformations.
Even in this dismal condition, this beautiful building has infinitely more charm and character than all the soulless new builds you see everywhere.
If you know this place, don't go ! The building is very unstable and really dangerous.
