Exploring an abandoned place but still supplied with electricity adds spice to the visit.
If strolling in a well-lit place changes from other places plunged in darkness, the presence of a powered alarm creates a little suspense, and from then on, a host of questions immediately invade our heads : will the police or a guard disembark ? Are we going to die ? Who will pay the electricity bill ?
We didn't stay long enough to possibly be able to answer these questions.
